Feedbox Marg Helgenberger will no longer play in CSI starting january 2012

Marg Helgenberger who is currently 56,wants to leave The CSI crue starting january 2012.

She was supposed to leave by the end of this year but the staff convinced her to stay a bit more.

Here what she had to say about this:

“The combination of that info and me having a hard time letting go of this show and this group of people, I said, ‘Yeah, I’m not done playing this character; I’m not done letting go of this group of people,” the actress told The Hollywood Reporter at TCA Wednesday.

“[The odds that this is my last season] are pretty strong. Yeah, I mean, there’s chance [I'd come back]. They’ve always left the door open for me,” she said.
